What is "LIP-Service"?

LIP-Service is a federation of Consultants who are acknowledged experts with extensive experience of the special needs of laser/intense pulsed light (IPL) clinics.

We have come together to offer a top quality service at realistic cost to laser/IPL clinic operators. Our aim is to ensure that thebest quality care is provided at each clinic we represent.

The Health Care Commission:

It is a legal requirement for a laser/intense pulsed light clinic to register with the Health Care Commission (HCC). The requirements of the HCC may seem daunting, but we work with you to facilitate this process.

Certified Laser Protection Advisers

Laser and Intense pulsed light clinics are also required to have access to a certified Laser Protection Adviser (LPA). This is a person who is knowledgeable in the risks associated with lasers and has responsibility for advising on ways to keep these risks to a minimum.
